Due to the hand crafted nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or cancellations on any orders.
Once an order is submitted, it goes into processing and cannot be changed or cancelled at that time.
If we make a mistake on your order (i.e. spelling error, incorrect details or design, etc) we will gladly send a replacement item to you at no expense to you.
If you make a mistake on your order details when placing your order and it is not noticed until your package arrives to you, you will be responsible for purchasing a new item as we are unable to modify ceramic pieces in any way once they have been kiln fired.
